Aluminum is now being used or intermixed with Steel to build todays vehicles.
Understanding the properties and characteristics of Aluminum is the first rule before working on these vehicles.
This course looks at the basics of Aluminum Repair from the beginning and explains some of the do's and dont's.
Along with the importance of identifying the different of Aluminum and the attachment methods used for repair of these vehicles, plus the dangers of cross contamination and corrosion.
Repair facility dedicated areas and tools is also overviewed. If you have not worked with the new Aluminum being used for todays vehicles this course will be an eye opener.
